The AAA Mediation.org Find a Mediator Search Tool (“Search Tool”) is made available to the public and for individuals and organizations to search for and to contact mediators whose biographies are maintained on the AAA Mediation.org website. The Search Tool is not to be utilized for any other commercial purpose.
All information contained in a mediator’s resume is provided and maintained by the mediators themselves, and is not independently verified by AAA Mediation.org or the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Neither AAA Mediation.org nor the AAA make any representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in any resume that appears on
AAA Mediation.org, or of the skills, qualifications or dispute resolution capabilities of any individual whose resume appears on AAA Mediation.org.
Unless noted on their resume, the mediators whose resumes are contained in
AAA Mediation.org’s Search Tool are not members of the AAA’s mediation panel.
Parties who intend to use any of the individuals listed on AAA Mediation.org for mediation services should inquire further about those individuals’ qualifications and abilities to handle a particular matter.
