Mediated over 600 employment cases involving diversity in all its forms. Mediation panel memberships include the American Arbitration Association, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Los Angeles Superior Court, California Court of Appeal/2nd Appellate District, U.S. Postal Service, and the U.S. Transportation Security Administration. Trained over 1,000 attorneys, judges, and other professionals as a certified mediation trainer for the Los Angeles County Bar Association/DRS and in private practice. Developed and taught the "Mediating Claims Under the Americans with Disabilities Act" course at the University of California at Riverside's School of Continuing Education.
