My mediation philosophy is that the mediator’s task is to bring parties together to craft their own resolution that allows the parties to move on with their situations and to end their controversy. I will request parties’ confidential position statements and will keep all matters the parties wish to keep confidential, confidential. My expectation is that the parties will come to the mediation with the goal in mind of finding resolution and being willing and open to listening and compromising. I will offer evaluative assistance as requested, but feel my strengths lie in the facilitative aspects of mediation.
