Consensual resolution of disputes is exponentially more satisfactory for the parties than a judge deciding a dispute. Consensual resolution is a business decision which benefits the parties. A mediator is a facilitator to get parties to a dispute to come to the table and try to get a consensual resolution of the matter. I will strive to get the parties to establish a beneficial dialogue and will not leave a matter until it gets resolved.
